This department focuses primarily on delivering value-added subjects such as English, Mathematics, Dzongkha, Ethics, Integrity and Professionalism (EIP), Basic Entrepreneurship Course (BEC) and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). These subjects are carefully integrated into the curriculum to complement technical skills, enhance trainees&#8217; communication abilities, critical thinking, and digital literacy, and prepare them for a dynamic and evolving workplace.
